    It snowed again today. It was nice to put on a fresh cup of tea. I did not have to worry about power outage due to the tea/coffee maker using an alcohol burner to produce the heat to boil the water. If you ever want somebody to understand the concept of heat, metal and science, this is it. Aside from the taste of the tea, it is quite good and fun to watch!

    I have really been enjoying the Formosa Honey Flavoured Black Tea. The hint of honey just gives this tea enough sweetness that I do not have to add anything to it.

Happy New Year 2009!

It is hard to beleive that another year has gone by. Well we have increased our product line so that you have quite a variety of tea and tea products to choose from. If there is a product that you have seen or just interested in, please drop a line. Someone will hopefully see your post and they may know of a place and of course I will check into it as well.

Well it seems that this past Christmas, black tea seems to be the in!. The tea maker has been put to good use and quite a talking peice for friends. The new tea master which brews your tea then you place it over a mug is quite a hit. I can see us using it in the summer in our trailer as well as at work! The tea taste just as good whether your brewing it in a pot or in the mesh ball.
